Nausea all the time, anyone?

I feel nauseated many times a day and sometimes it even wakes me up in my sleep.

It comes and goes in waves during the day

Has anyone ever experienced something similar?

Yeah I have very bad anxiety.

No im not taking any meds

I think you better take meds for anxiety I have the do also

But only a benzo no depression meds
