Zoloft withdraws or Paxil side effects

So the last few days my anxiety and panic attacks have been so bad that my normal dose of klonopin and Xanax is not working and I woke up last night with several panic attacks. I’m currently weaning off Zoloft (only taking 12.5mg at night) and starting Paxil 20mg in the AM. I don’t know if it’s the Zoloft withdraws or start up effects from Paxil that are making my anxiety so bad, but I can’t continue to feel like I’m going crazy and feel this anxious. I’ve been on Paxil for alittle over 2 weeks and was on Zoloft for over 10 years. Anyone with any suggestions or experience greatly appreciated.

Maybe u should call your psychiatrist it could definitely be withdrawals from zoloft and it could be side effects from Paxil is really hard to tell maybe u should had ask them to wean u off Zoloft first so u could know am not a doctor so I really don’t know because I only try one medication at a time if is not To late u should call they office or talk to a nurse at the office if they have one am wishing u the best of luck

I messaged my doctor and she wants to INCREASE my paxil dose! I told her no I can't do that. I'm at work really freaking out bc I feel like I am going to pass out, throw up and have a panic attack at the same time.
