Does any one get aura migraines ? Is it anxiety ?
OH yes, I remember the 1st time I had it, it was under stressful events, omg the panic it sent me in with those squiggly lines in my eye signt and was half blind, I thought I was a goner. That was about five years or so again, since then i've prob had it twice, It really is scary but I know usually within 20 minutes it goes away. Feel better.
Yes I suffer from this also! The longer hours I work and sit at my computer the worse mine are. I have to look at my screen all day so its not an option for me to look away. I did try dimming my computer screen brightness and turning my light off it helps some.
Awww guys thank yous for replying my nerves are wrecked lol I always think the worst, naw the blurred vision is not nice at all ... I sit at the computer aswell and can't really get away from it either ...
Thanks so much for getting back to me x
I get aura migraines the first time I went to the ER and doctor said my blood pressure
was up I been to the eye doctor and he said my eyes are good am just nearsighted
am use to them now I just relax and turn off lights until they go away I was mad
because doctor never told me I was helping migraines I told it was my blood pressure
Not very high it just goes up and I start seeing all the flashing lights and etc
Me to I suffer with vestibular Migraines and the aura is dreadful.
not annoying at all. I had a similar problem. I work in the finance department and do 50 hours per week including weekends. I had terrible headaches and honestly I had hospitals so never went for any check ups or medication. instead did a little research and after many recommendations I learnt that feverfew and boswellia are key herbs that help against migraines and headaches. I figured they are natural and won't hurt to try. So next I found some vitamins and supplements containing these and been taking them.
believe me, haven't had a headache for such a long time. Would strongly recommend
Thanks so much I will definitely give this a try
You are most welcome, glad I could help. Would you like me to give you the name of the product that helped me or you want to do some research on your own?
Yes can you please give me the name .. I have drs tomorrow 5 migraines in a week can not be normal lol
urgh that sounds awful! I used My Brain bu EU Natural. Contains all the herbs I was telling you about.
Awk thanks so much the propanalol they gave me today has made me so drowsy lol

Thank you so much it's a relief to have support
you mean from the propranalol? I thinkk either the dosage is too high or you might be allergic to the drug.
keep in touch and let me know how you do
I've stopped the propanalol now cuz the Dr told me to the heavy heads have stopped nausea still there a little but stopped throwing up lol I think maybe 2 high but I duno
lol. just keep drinking lots of water. Did you have a look at what I recommended?
I sure did in going to Holland and Barrett tomorrow . I hate ordering online things in case some thing is wrong with it lol am such a weirdo
I Read Up On The Condition Because I Have A Problem With Seeing Twinkles Of Light In One Eye & Sometimes My Eyes Will See Out Of It's Peripheral A Dark Shadow Looking Like Something Just Past By. I Look & There's Nothing There. Plus I Have High Sensitivity To Light Changes. But ? Nothing I Can Really Call Headaches. I Have Eye Pain From Strain, But No Serious Headaches. When I Looked Up Your Condition I Was Shocked To Find Out That It's Very Possible To Have It With NO Headache ? THAT Was Odd.....
Prayers For Ya~*
Hi! Have you ever tried blue light blocking glasses? I work in front of a computer 40 hours a week and I was getting headaches, my eyes hurt etc. I bought a pair of those glasses to wear and it changed everything!
Suffered these for years. When young I used to get bad headaches and sickness but did not get the aura. In fact, it was only when I had my first visual symptoms, and had them diagnosed as migraine, that I realised that I had probably been suffering migraine for years. It comes in many forms. I can go for long periods without any symptoms but when tired, stressed, dehydrated etc., I can have two or three attacks in one day. I get a kind of 'alien' sensation when I see get these auras. Sometimes I can ward it off by having some water. So looks as though dehydration is a big trigger (and flashing lights, computer screens etc,,) Try not to worry.
