Anxiety stomach issues

Hi all, I’m in high anxiety this past month and particularly mornings as soon as I wake I’m running to the toilet. I can be like this several times and yet have no appetite. I am under my GP who did put me on sertraline around 12th December. And also diazapam which I’m trying to taper off after 2 1/2 week as I’m frightened of becoming addicted.

I guess my reason for this post is to see if anyone has been the same and for how long as it seems to be a vicious circle x
