So it’s party season again and while everyone is excited to be going out my anxiety seems to be taking over quite drastically. My biggest symptom is feeling so nauseous, if I could get that under control I’m halfway there ! Any tips on how to stop this sick feeling ?

IDK. Maybe breathing exercises? Small meals prior to party? What causes nauseous?

I'd love to know the answer to this too! I just stick it out, take deeps breaths and try to distract myself. It can be so annoying and tiring, i hope you feel better, good luck x
