Does anyone take anything either prescribed or over the counter to stop with dry heaving/wretching? It takes over my life ,mornings are the worst to the point i stay in bed till midday,i can't go out for a meal as for some reason i get anxious when it's time to leave this makes me dry heave ,and of course as i have full stomach end up vomiting.I don't feel sick, like in my tummy i just have this gagging.Over 20 years now i have been like this and i've had enough ! I do take Mirtazapine 30mg . Any advice greatly appreciated .X

Hey, I'm not completely sure but have you considered it being a symptom of your anxiety?
