Going insane

Anyone else feel like they're going insane or losing their minds. I feel like that quite often....i feel like im not me

Yes, I get that now and again. 2 days ago I woke up not knowing if I was still asleep or not because everything seemed strange. Like my body and brain feel unfamiliar and they are telling me there's something not right but I don't know what it is if that makes sense. I've been told it's derealisation/depersonalisation as a result from anxiety.
