TERRBILE Brain fog

Hello.

I've been detached from reality (brain fog) for quite a long time now (2 years) and I feel a bit desperate. I changed my diet (gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free, egg-free; GUT health), I am taking supplements (Rhodiola, L-Theanin, Quercetin, Una de gato, Omega-3 and many more), I tried to clarify with my psychotheraphist whether the problem is mental but it obviously is not as I would probably have times that I would feel better. So I think it has to be organic. I also did some tests. I had many food intolerances which indicates that I could have a leaky gut. But I changed my diet two months ago and I still don't see any major changes. I also quit smoking. The only thing now that I am still working on is my sleep schedule (go to bed at 23.00, now I go at 1.00 or 2.00) .

The fog is there all the time and it is constantly the same. It just gets a bit better over time but it is still terrible. Any advices?

Think about getting a second opinion. Someone who will complete a full health history and detailed physical exam along with thorough neurological exam. Having a full evaluation by a neurologist, psychiatrist, psychologist might help too. Mindfulness training might help as well. You know yourself better than anyone. Your opinion matters most. If it’s not helping then time for the next plan :)

I was given the supplements and diet by my nutritionist. But I also take some of mine which she said is alright.

Your "Nutritionist" Had You Cut Back On Those Vital Fats & Proteins Your Brain Needs Daily ?* Really ?* WOW !* Obviously All "Nutritionists" Don't Follow A Guideline.

Peace Love & Prayers~*

I think walnuts create some sort of a good feeling. As if my mind was somehow starting to function but I don't really know whether I have a deficiency or not. What do you think it could be?

“Brain fog” isn’t a medical condition. It’s a term used for certain symptoms that can affect your ability to think. You may feel confused or disorganized or find it hard to focus or put your thoughts into words. So When You Are Referring To "Brain Fog", What Are The Symptoms You're Going Through ?* What Do You Mean By "Detached From Reality" ?*

Thanks Friend~*

Inability to think, poor focus, I find it hard to imagine things, thinking is painful, sometimes when I talk to people I can't really understand what they are saying (I'm talking about the basics), I can't really talk for longer periods and I don't feel real at all. Also my feelings have become very unrecognizable.

When Is The Last Time You Had A MRI Of Your Brain & Spinal Cord ?* How Is Your Sleep ?* [ heck, when i have extreme anxiety i get some of those myself. you're not alone ]. I Don't Know Your Age & It's None Of My Business, However Allot Of Your Symptoms Could Be Neurological & Not Just Anxiety. [ but the symptoms can put your anxiety into overdrive. then the brain can just shut down to protect itself...fog ]

First Of All You Are Not Alone & You Are NOT Crazy. Have You Ever Been Diagnosed With Diabetes ?* [ high or low ], MS ?* CFS ?* Lupus ?* Fibro ?* ECT... ?* Heck, A Thyroid Gland Disorder Can Cause Some Of Those Problems Too. It Could Also Be Meds . or/ A Combination Of Just A Few Things. Heck, Put Your Foot Down With Some Docs & Tell Them NOT To Chalk All Your Symptoms Into The Little Box Of Anxiety Disorder. I'd Start With A Neurologist & Get That MRI Just For Starts.

You Are Gonna Be Fine. Just Put Your Foot Down & Learn All You Can.

Peace Love & Prayers~*
