I am a 33yr old female. My BP is usually around 110 over 70. Today its been 145/98 then 132/115 and 122/85. I have been having a hard time not going to emergency . can anyone tell me if these readings are safe or should I go in?

I’m not a medical professional, but I am experienced at having anxiety, lol. Those numbers aren’t terrible. If they were consistently high I would suggest seeing your doctor to make a plan to lower it. Try not to fixate on it, sounds like you’re in a loop and the more you worry the more your bp fluctuates, etc.

You’re going to be ok. Try some deep breathing exercises and get your mind off of it. Dehydration can mess with your bp too, so maybe have a nice cool glass of water. I’ve danced the dance you’re experiencing many times myself. You’re going to be okay.

I’m 35 female. We have similarities. My body is super low tho. Scary we have anxiety.
