Any tips?

So I haven’t had anxiety spells for a while now.

Last night hit me hard! As usual I’m trying to wind down and go to sleep and my body was having none of it. My stomach was turning, strange tingling feeling all over. Can this really just be anxiety? And why does it happen even when I’m not worrying about anything
