Anxious and alone

Do you sometimes feel like you are all alone even though you are surrounded by people yea that’s me now.....

Yes , sometimes even when I’m with people whom are closest to me . I don’t think you’re alone in these thoughts.

Thanks it’s a usual for me but for some reason my anxiety tonight is through the roof! I feel alone because even though I am surrounded by people the people I surrounded by do not understand anxiety nor do they have it so I don’t blame them for not understanding

There are a lot of people who don’t understand who haven’t been touched by anxiety.. thankfully.

There are however a lot of us who do understand, it’s just not everyone finds it easy to be open about it . Any particular reason why your anxiety is high today?

I’ve been sick and off work for about a week and tonight is my first night back and I’m just frustrated with work that’s about the only thing I can think of that would have me feeling so anxious

Hi ,that’s probably it , how did it go ?

I work term time and when we’re due to go back after a break I always get worked up ! Not really sure why I think when you’re of an anxious nature you just can’t help it .
