Hello advice please

Have suffered a headache for over a week now . At first I thought it was hormones but it’s carried on , it’s an intense pressure and pain radiating from forehead to the back . I feel spaced out too . I’ve taken tablets but they’ve upset my stomach and given me indigestion. Now I’m worrying like mad as too what’s wrong. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

Thanks , I’m stressing big time about enevertable life changes .. just can’t cope with this head pain it’s making me feel sick 🤕 tbh even the painkillers aren’t working.

My friend had the same thing. He found out that it was caused due to pressure/stress in the back of the neck. They gave him medication that relaxes that area and now he feels so much better. No more headaches!

Thank you, I had wondered about that. I’m seeing my reflexologist today so will mention it . It’s stll banging this morning.. sick of taking pain relief and fed up with trying to work with it 😩 it’ll pass I’m sure.

Hi , went to work, had reflex .. trying to chill and relax now .. still have a headache but trying to ignore it and not let the negative thoughts come!
