Me again. So I was off anxiety meds when I got pregnant, but my anxiety got bad - my OB actually called it out. She put me on Zoloft at 16 weeks (50mg). It helped enough. I had many conversations with my OB I did not read about it. I decided that it was the best for me and my health and the baby. My son was born healthy. Do what is right for you and have faith.
