My left temple is pulsating

Hi All. Just worried a bit. My left temple pulsates sometimes.

It can last a whole day and night, or just a few moments.

It is not sore, but when I asked my GP about it, he said not to worry.

Anyone have this, is it anxiety related?

I have that too. Exact same thing. It’s most likely just your pulse being felt in your head. Sometimes I can feel my pulse in my temple, my wrist, my chest (obviously), my knee. If the GP says not to worry, don’t worry. I have this too, and I’ve been fine.
