Cant Remember properly 18 years ago when I had bad anxiety it was heart and breathing problems and bad panic attacks. Palpitations etc. But this time around its panic attacks palpitations at night bad acid reflux. But the worst is feeling like im stoned all day and night head is continually fuzzy or somthing. Feels like your miles away specialy when out and about. I sure this has be mentioned alot on here thought I would just ask anyway cheers
