I still feel like its hard to think, remember, and concentrate. My head feels foggy still also. I don't feel myself completely

I find that my ability to think,concentrate remember pretty bad this particular year,when I seem to be suffering excess stress and noises even ,such telephone,made me jumpy was putting it down to my senior yrs ,but its a horrible feeling,leaves you numb and scary,its not pleasant and has been with me months now,sometimes theres a break,havent approached Gp as one of them weaned me off diazepam and they think I should be alright -Dr Claire Weeks is my saviour understanding whats happening to you and Accetance of such feelings of panic,jumpy ect.
