Can childhood OCD go away with time?

Hear me out on this one. When I was a child I did a lot of weird things, and the most I find out about OCD the more I realize....I could have had OCD. But the thing is, I don’t do any of those things now. I don’t tap my feet in symmetrical patterns (like tapping out a star pattern with one foot and I HAVE to do it with the other) I don’t pick at my skin as much as I used to. I don’t do one thing with one side of my body and have to do it with the other side. I don’t do things a certain amount of times until I’m satisfied anymore either. I definitely don’t go scratch my nails against paper (or rough surfaces) anymore. The only things I do that are really weird anymore is like, worry way to much and over analyze everything. Does anyone else have any thing to add to this?
