I think my body hates heat . Every since the weather been like 80 & up my anxiety has been sky high as well 🙇🏻‍♂️ light headed, dry mouth , keep jumping and i’ve been even shaking too. I don’t never tremble anymore ! I think i should try to nap ( 5:28 pm)

Yes I’m not keen on the heat either , it tends to kick off my anxieties.

It has helped that I started to drink more water As butterfly mentions...

I’m not keen on the hot weather really....

I know someone like that; it’s completely understandable and now that you know this about yourself you can pretty much know (okay no super hot weather I’ve got to keep myself cool) so you’ll be avoiding any of those nasty side effects of the heat.

Everyone complained about snow and I’m like...it can stay! Heat always sets me off...

I am in and out of my car literally all day for work, always hot! I take ice water in a thermos so it won’t melt and I take a dish towel in a small cooler with ice water to put on my neck. It’s a must for me and helps sooo very much!

I totally understand I always seem to feel sick when it’s hot outside and then my anxiety makes it worse
