Feels like I never can do good

Hello I just am here to talk a little about what's going on with me so I get these real bad chest pains so bad they make me sick or feel sick I hurt so bad it makes me can't breath or shall I say makes me feel like I can't breath so I am breathing more deeper and harder cus I fear of not breathing well then pains are so bad I try everything from taking hot ahowers to asprin to aleeve to laying down but that seems to make it way worse it's not ever day it happens most times just out of no where it happens I've been told they are anxiety attacks but I don't know I feel it's more been to docs they just tell me I'm have a severe anxiety attact and I need meds to help it control better but I don't know how that would make me hurt so bad I hope some one can help me or maybe just for some advise thanks and good bless

I am sorry to hear you are struggling so severely.

Goes without saying that your doctors are much more suitable for professional advise.

What is stopping you from following their recommendation?

Have you had any major events in your life recently?

Are you worried about taking medications related to anxiety?

Our brain is so strong it can make us feel the weirdest pain during anxiety/panic attacks. My fingers go numb and my calves cramp. I also feel like I can’t breath or get a deep breath. If it would make you feel better request a heart test to make sure it’s nothing serious! If all checks out start looking into therapy or meds your dr. recommends. There is hope!

Thanks for this reply I also get the numb fingers and cramps . Have you found anything that helps?

Therapy can be helpful for anxiety attacks. Have you looked into counseling at all? The counselor can teach you ways to cope with your anxiety. One way is to use the five senses to ground yourself in the present moment. I hope that you can find the support that you need.
