Constantly in panic mode. My heart rate won’t go down!

I’m constantly paranoid. About everything. Morning night whenever. I wake up with a heart rate reaching the near 120/150. It’s scares me so much. Been in and out the Hospital for this issue and they tell me it’s my anxiety. I keep getting blurred vision, dizzy spells and my heart will start racing out of no where making me feel like I’m about to faint. I’m so emotional. So afraid of being alone now. I’m 18 and constantly sleep with my sister or mom cause of how bad my fear is at night. I don’t know why I feel like this. It’s taking a tole on my whole body. Any suggestions, comments, or feedback would be great. I’m super young, athletic, and on my good days I’m such a people person. I just want to get out of this feeling and be happy and okay again😔

Have you ever had a blood or heart work up? Not a bad idea to rule out anything more serious. Dr’s are now prescribing beta blockers for anxiety as they slow the heart rate and have less side effects. Also they aren’t addictive. Just my thoughts! Good luck!

( PrimoB ) beta blockers were the original anti anxiety and anti depression meds from the '50's. { it's all they had} :)

Get thee to a therapist and really talk this out.

There is a core belief that is causing your symptoms..............I have had it on and off for years.

BUT as PrimoB says, how about a doctor workup so that you know what it IS NOT???

Is there any area of your life - work , relationships etc which is worrying you ? This sounds like something is impacting negatively on your adrenals .
