I just want to let you guys know that this will pass! Whatever feeling you have, is only temporary. It won’t feel like, it feels like it will last forever, but it won’t.
I currently am dealing with GAD and have had anxiety for 8 years now. Cured for 3 but do to some circumstances I’ve relapsed back into it. If I’ve done it once, I can do it again, and so can you! I currently take 75mg of Effexor, .25 mg of Xanax if I absolutely need it, I’ve gone to therapy, drink tea before bed, melatonin if I absolutely need it to sleep. I know it sounds like a lot, but I will not let this control my life!
Be opened minded to trying new things even if you don’t like it. Don’t think it will work immediately, it’s like a sport. You have to practice to get better. Negative thoughts won’t be cured today, but they may be better tomorrow. Not gone, but better. It’s steps, keep practicing, keep focusing, and know that you’re not alone. You can do this!
