Is it true that you don't get stomach pains from Stomach Cancer unless it's an advanced stage. When I told a teacher they told me that someone close to them had the condition and didn't feel the severe pain till the later stage.
Is this true or is it different in different people.
Btw, now getting pain in upper abdomen now too. But it isn't severe or anything. But it feels like something is there

You might get the reassurance you deserve and need so that you can let this obsessive thought go and really enjoy the season that will lead up to all of the good holidays!
Things manifest and present themselves so differently in people. So while one person could have had that result, doesn’t mean that it would follow that same suit for the next person. I agree with IndigoJoe, if you are spending a lot of time worrying talk to your doctor.
