Heart palpitations at night!!

Does anyone else get these palpitations/ heart flutters just when they’re about to fall asleep?

I can’t fall asleep for ages and then I’m absolutely knackered the next day

Hi there I'm Shadow... it sounds similar to symptoms I had last year- ended up having blood test that diagnosed over active thyroid. Other symptoms inc lose of appitite nausea and fatigue.

Maybe get a blood test to rule it out.

Yes I do get these heart palpitations at night before I fall asleep. I dont know what causes them butit wakes me up and then it takes me a while to fall asleep after that.

Exactly same as me!

I’ve recently started listening to meditation videos to help me sleep on YouTube and they do help! Maybe give it a go?
