Is it just me or has anyone else lost muscle with anxiety/depression? I also smoke cannabis and my friends have told me that I have lost muscle because of it.

No babe you lose muscles if you dont work out. Nothing to do with anxiety. Hit the gym again and you ll see improvement. You can drop fat, nothing else.
I think you can actually. I’ve experienced muscle loss from lack of quality sleep due to anxiety. Quality sleep is critical to rebuilding muscle. If you don’t get it, your muscles aren’t able to build or repair. But lack of sleep also makes you less likely to workout, so it can cut both ways. How are your muscles doing now?
