Irritable when tired

Does anyone else get extremely irritable when tired to the point where people start mentioning that you are a little cranky? Idk if this is an anxiety symptom but Ive been feeling this way a lot.

Sure, if I don't get enough rest, I get very cranky, and irritable.

Anxiety can also take the form of irritability, but so does depression.

If this is happening a lot, for an extended period, say over several weeks time, perhaps a professional could better answer your questions.
