Question does anyone feel tired after taking a shower? And is hard for u take a shower ? My body be so tight and weak and it's very hard to take a shower....

I believe it's just a trigger that causes our anxiety levels to go up!!! Like being alone around the water and stuff

Have you tried focusing on the water or just maybe the bar of soap or something!??

YES I do feel

Tired sometimes after a shower it exhausts me Don't know what that's all about but when my anxiety is bad I notice this much more than when I'm calmer and not worrying so much stress and anxiety will wipe you out mentally and physically there isn't a single symptom of those things that I haven't experienced I experience multiple symptoms every day all day one after another it's always something with anxiety that's what's so freaking frusterating about this disease or condition whatever it is it's a miserable thing to have you have to learn to ignore a lot of these symptoms and talk yourself out of them when you can.
