Hello all,

Fought panic attach twice today and won. Went a walk at the mountains and had lunch I felt it coming and stopped it then on the way home. Well it’s it’s a 2-0 for me today. And i just wanted to tell everyone that there is still hope. Never give up.

Hi Stephanie, I hope today is a good day for you. You did well a couple days ago. I think what happened is that you accepted it was anxiety caused and weren't going to allow it to ruin your plans. Anxiety runs scared when we take control of our lives. Never give up. As you go along in finding what works for you, the panic feeling will start to subside. You will become stronger and more confident and you'll win each time.

Good job. Stay positive. You've got this :) xx
