The heartless part comes after a severe panic attack and it’s normal you are just exhausted. After this type of situation I’m always very angry at myself. We are not psychotic it’s normal.

It is more if you re taking antidepressants. You can feel like crying but nothing comes out. It s a strange feeling where you feel apart from yourself. All it needs is focus on the positive in your life. We all forget how lucky we are when half of the world is starving or suffering from war. Will not make you feel better but it will help you see the bright side of it. Be generous and give pointlessly to those in need. Helping others is hugely motivational because you create a purpose in life for yourself. Being useful is important.
