anyone like get dead wobbly I feel wobbly when I sit down and when I'm walking constantly and a bit dizzy and past few days I felt sick not been sick but felt it a bit this sound normal? off balance a lot and anyone get anxiety all day without thinking of it or being anxious?????

Yes .. it’s horrible.

I hate these feelings. That wobbly, jelly feeling,with a dizzy , woozy head ..I used to liken it to walking on sponge.. hopefully things will ease for you soon.

Hey..yes..particularly when I am over stressed in badly need of time to myself. Like if I’ve had a long day and I have to cook a meal and I haven’t slept well and when I am standing to cook it happens. Also if I am in a situation I need to get out of.
