Never surrender to the negative thoughts. Watch military movies, or regular people going through navy seal training. It will give you the strength your mind is telling you you do not have. Baby steps, I call them "simple wins" when brushing your teeth becomes a big challenge you'll know it's just withdrawal depression that is 10 times worse than anything you have ever felt. That is when you get a great feeling of accomplishment from small things, and you'll gain the strength to do the next simple win. You can make it 👍❤️✌️
