Mass (Church)

I don't go out much due to anxiety and panic attacks. This past Sunday I went to mass (church) for the first time since I lost my hearing. I was anxious but I didn't have a panic attack or throw up. I made it through the whole service and by the end I even started to relax. I could follow the service easily as it is very rote and they do the same thing from week to week.
