Am like this 24 7 I walk around on egg shells and if I go back to the Dr he will probs kick me out lol
yes, had two serious runs of anxiety, after both kids were born and believe it or not, there was 30 years in between. Both times I had bouts with air hunger especially when the kids were crying and even sometimes after. Very common anxiety symptom
