Had palpatations all my life on and off,once for 8 days straight,get 1 or 2 daily,but just had 5 days of them .had all the tests and all ok dr gave me beta blockers didnt work,tried everything to get rid then read about possible low potassium levels ..ate 2 bananas and they disappeared(the palps not the bananas)could be a coincidence i suppose we shall see....fingers crossed

I have them sometimes as well and do eat bananas from time to time. Never paid any attention to whether they decreased after eating them. Will start to pay more attention now and see if there is a connection.

Read that bananas can be good from anxiety and palps. I would keep it up, also try potatoes, they're packed with potassium. FYI, try to stay away from potassium in capsule form.. Your body will absorb the nutrients more from food. hope it works out for you. Stay positive.
