headaches

I've been having headaches and dizziness sometimes together sometimes separate have head pain when i stand up sometimes and when I sleep on my head and again it's only sometimes the pressure is scary sometimes it's horrible pain sometimes not I'm scared it's a brain tumour or something I'm really scared my eyes get blurry especially in light my dizziness feels worse but my headaches and dizziness aren't constant my dizziness is horrible it's weird like when I walk I go to the side and stuff it's horrible any reassurance?? I used to have dead bad chew pains and arm pain for about 1 year and a half and now I don't get them just this

Sometimes mine last for days i think some people call them anxiety migraines the dizziness and blurry eyes i get those too

That happened to me i had a headache just like that for weeks but i ended up having a sinus infection i had to take antibiotics i still get get them but it’s because of my allergies
