Headaches?

I feel like lately I've been getting a lot of headaches, but I get them in the back of my head and the pain goes down my neck. Does anyone else get headaches behind the head like that??

Yeah, they're typically to do with stress.

Hi Sonia1205, I was diagnosed with muscular contraction headaches years ago. It was due to tightened muscles in the back of the head and neck. Heat and relaxation therapy helped. Feel better.

Was there anything that you can think of that happened before they started? And what time of day do you usually get them?

Do you have fatigue? My back head headache and fatigue ended up being a sinus infection. I wasn't stuffed up, but had some pretty bad post nasal drip. The headache was sometimes bad, but the fatigue was always awful.

Yes, I get headaches like that too. I believe they are tension headaches.
