Mirtazapine withdrawal cold turkey

Hey i am new here

I have been on Mirtazapine for about 7 years fluctuating from 15mg to 45mg. I have recently quit cold turkey and been prescribed Valdoxan. I have a heard contradictions about how to quit mirtazapine while coming onto another medication. My withdrawl symptoms are getting quite sever. Nausea, low mood, insomina.

My questions are how long does mirtazapine withdrawal last?

Has anyone experienced any benefits from valdoxan?
