It happens axle99. Anxiety can affect any part of the body. It's where we happen to be more sensitive to stress. Are you on medication or having therapy? What do you do to lower your anxiety level? I'm glad you found this support group. As we share our experiences with anxiety, it can answer a lot of questions to our concerns and worries.

Hi I get that all the time to. I wake up at least 3-4 times a night to go to the toilet. its really hard on me as I'm always so tired :(
