A year ago I started suffering with anxiety and panic attack’s because of a flight, since then I haven’t felt myself.
Will I ever get rid of these symptoms, I have anxiety symptoms everyday and now I won’t even leave the house without my partner because I’m worried I’ll have a panic attack while I’m out on my own.
I don’t know what to do to make myself feel normal again.
People say find the trigger to your anxiety but the only thing that triggered mine was a flight a year ago so why am I still feeling like this

I know exactly how you feel. I can’t count the number of times I’ve said the same thing about feeling normal again. I know that some people ascribe to “finding the trigger.” But I don’t see how that helps at all. Have you ever read Claire Weekes? She describes exactly what you are talking about. I actually laughed out loud when I read the first chapter because she hit so close to home. If you haven’t read her book, get it and read the first chapter and see if you don’t totally identify with her.
Hope and Help for your Nerves is the name of the book. She wrote it in the 1960’s; so you’ll have to excuse the outdated analogies. She was a genius and deserved the Nobel prize. I think you can probably read the first chapter on Amazon. Read it and see if you get a chuckle.
