Need a Doctor

Hi .. just recently became aware that I have anxiety. I’ve suffered with these feelings and thoughts for a while and I finally realize that this is not normal and it’s not okay to feel so anxious all the time. I would like to find a good psychiatrist to help me with my diagnosis. I live in Miami. Any recommendations?

Hi and welcome I live in Canada so unfortunately I can’t help with the psychiatrists, but I also suffer from anxiety so you’re not alone! The way I found good therapists was by lookin up therapists in my area, looking at the reviews and looking at their credentials. Also, I looked at the picture to see if I think they seem nice even though it’s not good to judge by looks. I ended up going to one I didn’t think I’d want to at first and she was very nice Good luck!!
