Is it normal or commonplace for any chest pains or numbness that I may have due to anxiety to be present mostly if not all on the left side of my body?
Arm leg and foot feel odd and shoulder and neck sometimes as well.
(For those who haven’t seen my previous posts I’ve been given the medical all clear from several doctors so it’s apparently not a heart related issue)

Treyjeff, anxiety symptoms are not necessarily radially symetrical, they don't have to affect both sides of the body. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. You are lucky, your anxiety symptoms only affect one side.
May I suggest that to recover you need to focus a lot less on the symptoms and much more on how you want to overcome the cause ie bring about your recovery by pacifying your nervous system. All in good time I think you need to address this all important issue.
Hi, currently going through this .. having neck, jaw, shoulder and arm pain on the left side along with the chest pains of course. I was cleared a few months ago from heart related issues by having an echo cardiogram done, blood tests (even those related to heart), ecgs and x rays.
It all started with a panic attack and the symptoms don't just seem to go away. Getting your mind off of things usually helps but i do understand what you're going through.
