So for over 2 weeks I’ve been feeling good. Nothing like I have been feeling for the past 8 months. Only slight anxiety and hardly no intrusive thoughts.
I’ve been working on the tools from Dr Claire Weeks and reading posts on here from those who have recovered. I’m feeling fabulous 😁
So keep accepting, keep floating and letting time pass. It really works. I’m so grateful to learning about my anxiety and how it works from this site.
I’m not saying I’m fully recovered but I’m feeling good. I’m happy.
