Not coping well this morning

As many of you know, I've been dealing with a lot of anxiety over a health issue. I went in for an endoscopy Monday because my stomach has been bugging me. Through the roof stress over the last several months aggrevated my reflux and gastritis and they biopsied a couple of red spots they saw on the scope. I know that's normal procedure if they see any signs of irritation/inflammation. That said, I've tried to keep my mind off of it and not worry. I've been eating fine but this morning my stomach has been knotted up tight and I barely ate breakfast. Every little twinge or discomfort just fires the adrenaline and my coping skills aren't helping. Just needed to get it out there. Thanks for "listening".
