Derealization??😟🤯

😶 I feel like I’m not myself as if something else is controlling me.. then it freaks me out and I fall into Panic attacks.. hyperventilating etc... idk if it’s getting worse due to pregnancy but it’s really draining me out and it makes me not want to get out of bed all day. Has anyone else experienced or experiences these Moods or emotions? I’ve done meditation and it helps me sleep but during the day I don’t want to do NOTHING......

This is pretty rubbish for you. You should be enjoying your pregnancy. I had worse symptoms of anxiety, depression & derealisation with mine. More with my second for some reason. You should speak to your doctor and get some support. Mindfulness is great but you need to do it again and again. Listen to some uplifting music take a bath or watch a funny film or programme thst makes you laugh or smile and get set for the day. Your normal routines help your mind. If after that you still feel pants go make an appointment and talk to someone. Hope this helps a little. Good luck x

There are different things that go wrong in the brain during pregnancy I had a friend who suffered similarly and she was helped with medication to help. It git better eventually. Also have you heard of purple psychosis. I may have spelt that wrong. My mum suffered it when she was pregnant. Anyway I'm not trying to scare you but let you know that these things are happening naturally to you and yes it is best to see the psychiatrist for correct diagnosis and help. Lots of people suffer or have suffered before you are not alone. Good luck and take it slow.
