It feels like theres no end to this anxiety roller-coaster im on. Sometimes it feels hopeless

Then why not step off of the roller coaster, Lindsey? You can you know. It means losing interest in discussing symptoms so much of the time and looking into the cause of all the symptoms. If you can free yourself of over sensitive nerves and hold back on maintaining their sensitivity by constantly generating fear hormones things can improve.

You say sometimes it feels hopeless. Instead of feeling hopeless why not read 'Hope and help for your nerves' by Claire Weekes which replaces hopelessness with hope (judt as the title says). You can pick up a copy for very little on ebay or Amazon.

You'd obtain understanding, reassurance and knowledge that will bring respite and recovery.
