Feeling normal at last!

I've suffered with health anxiety for 6 years now and got to the stage I wouldn't go out, wouldn't drive and was so scared of my symptoms but I can now say I'm normal again,I'm back driving, socialising, just booked a holiday to Australia😊I'm on no medication and never have been,I do still get the symptoms but don't scare me anymore, and because of that they last a couple of seconds and go. I'm so happy with my life and how I've overcome the horrible anxiety! Happy Friday people xx

That is really good news, warkie. You say that you achieved this by not feeling scared of the symptoms. Anything else you did that helped?

I knew the symptoms weren't dangerous as I've been suffering for 6 so knew nothing was going to happen,I think once you have your anxiety under control and accept it your on the right path

Brilliant, that's amazing!

I'm same, didn't use meds and learned how to deal with it, I'm very happy these days.
