Its been a long time

I haven't used this site in a long time and I haven't really been reading alot of what you all have posted i forgot how much this site helped me. Recently my anxiety came back to me because of where I am in my life right now. My college ended early, all my friends have jobs and I don't, I have to enrol in a different town to go to college for the next 2 years and I am not sure where I am supposed to be at in my life. I took a different approach to handling my problems. Now when I get anxiety, I just stop focusing on it and go to a new thought. I don't now if this is good for me or if it is bad bad for me, I am pushing my reality down instead of dealing with it. AM I DEALING WITH MY PROBLEMS IN A CORRECT AND HEALTHY WAY?
