Every night before I sleep I always feel sensations through my body, it like an ache in the joints and I have started to get sharp pins and needles all over but mainly in my hands. I am only young and in my first job as a washer upper. This includes me lifting very heavy trays and piles of plates. I am searching up my symptoms and I get things like Multiple Sclerosis and Lymes disease, anxiety, heart attacks etc, but nothing on damaged muscles or joints... this is keeping me up late every night for over a week because I get paranoid I’m dying.. I have been diagnosed with generalised anxiety this year by my doctor for other reasons and was wondering if anyone knows whether the feelings I’m having are from overworking myself or something more serious?

Hi there I suffer with anxiety too and I get funny sensations when my body and mind get overloaded. It could be anxiety but it might be an idea to talk to the doctor as they can perform very simple tests to see. I got used to the sensations in and around my body carrying on and put it down to the way I am. I haven't been diagnosed with anything else so I'm sure you will be fine. But to have peace of mind I'd go see a doc.
Hi again I was just reading your symptoms again and just remembered that there is another condition that is very common place now. It's called fibromyalfia. Not sure if this fits all of your symptoms but thought it might help to read up on it perhaps if only at least to eliminate it from the list you are compiling! Let me know if it's helpful.
