Honestly, I’m unsure if this is anxiety related, but maybe someone else has experienced it. When I’m falling asleep I’ll feel my heart like thud I guess. My breathing feels normal until there’s like a larger thud of my heart beating. It’s weird because it seems to happen when I’m the most relaxed and even when I’m focusing very hard on it.
