All of a sudden!!

I don't know why but I am 37 years old and am experiencing anxiety attacks!😔 I have an 18 month old and chalked it up as being stressed out because of having a small child. Lol. I know, sounds kinda stupid.... but anyways I'm trying to find different ways to cope. Is there anyone else who also gets headaches frequently? I've had a headache daily since my attacks started. 😔 Thanks in advance for any advice! 😏

Have you talked to a Dr. to see if you are experiencing postpartum? Feeling stressed out with a small child isn't stupid, being a mom is the hardest job in the world. I've had headaches in the past. How much sleep are you getting?
