All Claire Weekes' books are available new or used on both amazon.co.uk and amazon.com Although written some years ago they are constantly being republished so they never go out of print. 'Self help for your nerves' alone has sold a third of a million copies. There shouldn't be any difficulties obtaining a copy.

I've just noticed that dozens of used copies of this and her other books are available on ebay too from £2.50 including postage. Also on the U.S. version of ebay.
